How much am I billed and how often?
When you subscribe for a 30-Day Membership, you are billed $20 per
month by credit card and $20 for CC900.
How long does my account last after I cancel?
Your account lasts until the end of the month that you last paid
for. So, if you are billed on the 15th and you cancel on the 20th,
your account remains open and active until the 15th of the next
month.
How does the billing show up on my credit card?
Your membership will be billed as "IBL*www.ibillcs.com."
How do I find my subscription number?
There are two ways to find your subscription number. You can go
directly to iBill's Customer Service pages at www.ibillcs.com and
enter your information or you can email vidking@btinternet.com.
If you email, you should give your full name and the email address
you used when signing up in order to make it easier for the subscription
number to be found. The easiest way to avoid losing your subscription
number is to keep the original receipt sent to you when you signed
up to the site.
I'm having problems logging in. What's wrong?
It is possible that you are trying to access at a time that iBill
is doing maintenance, but this occurs only a few times each month
(normally between the hours of 5am EST to 7am EST). You may also
need to update your browser. iBill uses SSL 3.0 encryption on their
subscription pages, if you have an older browser you may experience
problems. AOL's browser consistently experiences problems with this
encryption (and video clips!), so we strongly suggest using another
browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape. They're both free
to download and use!
